FIT College Gold Coast is located within Uni Fitness on University Drive (off Parklands Drive) at Griffith University. Our fitness facility and classroom are located in Uni Fitness where there is something for everyone, no matter what fitness level. Students will be practising in the gym environment every day!

Meet Sam Russell, your Career Advisor!
In 2020, Sam embarked on a transformative fitness journey, shedding 20kg in a year. This journey led to a passion for fitness, influenced by Sam's background as a dive instructor and tennis player. Beyond fitness, Sam loves basketball, rugby, and traveling, showcasing a dedication to an active and healthy lifestyle.

Gym Facilities
Uni Fitness Health Centre is open to all - from Griffith University students and staff to the wider community. Our facility offers a fully equipped gym including cardio machines, fitness machines and free weights. We also offer a range of dynamic group fitness classes in our studio and a cycle room. For your convenience the fitness centre has free shower, change room and locker facilities.
