Students may also use campus facilities and collaborate with peers to enhance their learning experience. Session days and times vary between campuses and are subject to availability. Attendance must be arranged through the Student Platform by submitting a Help Request to book a session.
2. Virtual Support Sessions
FIT College offers scheduled virtual support sessions each week, which may be general in nature or focus on specific topics. All students are welcome to book or “drop in” via the Learning Platform to access Educator assistance with course content, assessment completion, and study skills. Upcoming General Support sessions are promoted through the Student Platform under the Announcements section, including direct links to join.
3. Online Support (Help Request 24/7)
All students can access assistance at any time through the Help Request function on the learning platform. Help Requests may relate to Education, Student Services, or Career Development and are responded to within 24–48 hours during business days.
