FIT College short courses will give you the skills and knowledge to be the best Personal Trainer you can be. Want to have the confidence and knowledge to design many new, exciting programs/sessions for your clients? Then the FIT College short courses are for you!

FIT College Short courses aim to enable you to conduct safe yet effective training sessions for a wide variety of skill levels of participants using a variety of exercises, equipment, and the latest ideas/concepts in the fitness industry.

After completing your FIT College Short course, you will have the fundamental knowledge and practical overview on the background, science, and application to design many new, exciting, and safe 1-on-1 personal training and group sessions/ programs.

A short course can be completed in one of two formats.

  • Online: the short course is completed entirely online
  • Online + Practical Workshop: this option provides the optional upgrade to attend the practical workshop where students will cover all the practical skills of the short course.
    • Duration of the practical workshop - 4 hours

KettlebellFit

The Kettlebell FIT Foundation Skills course will develop the foundation skills in using kettlebells and provide you with the skills to implements such exercises into training sessions with your clients. The Kettlebell FIT Foundation Skills Course aims to provide foundation knowledge and a practical overview for fitness professionals of the background, science, and application of kettlebell training. This short course aims not to make participants an expert but rather introduce kettlebell training and how it can be safely incorporated into training programs.

RumbleFit

The Rumble FIT Foundation Skills Course will develop the foundation skills in using boxing equipment and provide you with the skills to implement fitness boxing movements into training sessions with your clients. The Rumble FIT Foundation Skills Course aims to provide foundation knowledge and a practical overview for fitness professionals of the background, science, and application of fitness boxing training. This short course aims not to make participants an expert but rather introduce fitness boxing and safely incorporate it into training programs.

StretchFit

The Stretch FIT Foundation Skills Course will teach you the theory of flexibility training and its application of how to safely conduct partner stretching with your clients and perform a range of fundamental stretches and their progressions. The Stretch FIT Foundation Skills Course aims to provide foundation knowledge and a practical overview for fitness professionals of the background, science, and application of stretching. This short course aims not to make participants an expert but rather introduce them to stretching and how stretching can be incorporated into training programs safely.

SuspensionFit

The Suspension FIT Foundation Skills Course will develop the foundation skills in using suspension straps and provide you with the skills to implement suspension training exercises into training sessions with your client. The Suspension FIT Foundation Skills Course aims to provide foundation knowledge and a practical overview for fitness professionals of the background, science, and application of suspension training. This short course aims not to make participants an expert but rather introduce suspension training and how it can be incorporated into training programs safely.
