If you are a previous F2F or online fitness education student from the Student Platform and have not transitioned to the new Cloud Campus please call FIT College on 1300 887 017. You will need to re-enrol to continue your on campus and online fitness study with FIT College. Fees will apply.

PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?
IF YOU KNOW YOUR USERNAME BUT CAN’T LOGIN
If you know your username but have forgotten your password, click on FORGOT PASSWORD. This will take you to the Cloud Campus STUDENT Domain (student.fitcollege.edu.au) where you need to click on FORGOT PASSWORD. You will be asked to enter your username and you will be sent an email with password reset details. This process assumes you know your USERNAME and that the email address provided during your enrolment is correct. You may need to check your Junk or Spam folder for this email if it does not appear in your normal INBOX after a few minutes.
IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR USERNAME OR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT
After several attempts at the above process if you still can’t access the Cloud Campus, please call HEAD OFFICE on 1300887017 to check your user name details and reset your password to regain access.
