FIT College Student Login

Welcome to the student login for FIT College. The Student Platform will be closed progressively starting July 1st 2018, with a final shut down on July 31st. If you enrolled before September 1st 2017, you may find that your Student Platform log in details will no longer work. If you cannot login to the Student Platform, please call FIT College 1300 887 017 as we will need to move you to the new Cloud Campus.

To log into the Cloud Campus, enter the username and password emailed to you during enrolment.

Forgot Your Cloud Campus Password?

1. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ button
2. Click on the red ‘Forgot Password’ link
3. Enter your USERNAME – this is not your email.
4. Your password will be sent to the email address registered with your enrolment.

Cloud Campus – All web browsers will operate for the new Cloud Campus. Please make sure you regularly check for updates and keep your browser version current.

PROBLEMS LOGGING IN?

IF YOU KNOW YOUR USERNAME BUT CAN’T LOGIN
If you know your username but have forgotten your password, click on FORGOT PASSWORD. This will take you to the Cloud Campus STUDENT Domain (student.fitcollege.edu.au) where you need to click on FORGOT PASSWORD. You will be asked to enter your username and you will be sent an email with password reset details. This process assumes you know your USERNAME and that the email address provided during your enrolment is correct. You may need to check your Junk or Spam folder for this email if it does not appear in your normal INBOX after a few minutes.

IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR USERNAME OR YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT
After several attempts at the above process if you still can’t access the Cloud Campus, please call HEAD OFFICE on 1300887017 to check your user name details and reset your password.
